quality management of new product development
1. testing and management of new product prototype stage.
2. test and management of prototype in trial production stage.
3. the final product verification test is carried out according to the product specifications of r&d center.
4. inspection of design change records during r&d.
supplier quality management:
1. quality inspection and supervision of supplier process.
2. responsible for supplier delivery assessment.
3. check the supplier's coordination.
4. responsible for supplier selection and evaluation.
5. responsible for the inspection and assessment of supplier's quality system
oem management:
1. responsible for oem factory quality system inspection and assessment.
2. responsible for the formulation of oem product quality standards
3. responsible for oem product process quality control
4. be responsible for the control of the unqualified oem products
5. responsible for oem product delivery quality inspection.
interdepartmental and temporary work:
1. establishment and implementation of quality control process
2. obey and implement the management rules and procedures of the department.
3. complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
1.新产品样机阶段的测试与管理。
2. 试产阶段样机的测试与管理。
3. 依据研发中心产品规格书进行产品最终验证测试。
4. 研发过程中设计变更记录的检查。
供货商质量管理工作：
1.供货商制程的质量检查与监督。
2.负责供货商交期的考核。
3.负责检查供货商的配合度。
4.负责供货商的评选与考核。
5.负责供货商质量体系的检验与考核
oem管理：
1. 负责oem工厂质量体系的检查与考核。
2. 负责oem产品质量标准的制定
3. 负责oem产品的制程质量控制
4. 负责oem产品不合格品的控制
5. 负责oem产品出货质量检验。
部门内部与临时性工作：
1. 质量控制流程的制定与执行
2. 服从和执行本部门各项管理规章制度和工作流程。
3. 完成上级交待的其他临时性工作。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历专业
2. 工商企业管理、电子电路等相关专业
3. 至少1年照明行业经验，2年同岗位工作经验知识
4. 熟悉iso体系、质量管理、led产品等知识
5. 熟悉led照明产品生产工艺、电子电路、qc七大手法等知识
6. 性格外向，沟通能力良好、较强抗压能力、极强责任心、做事细心认真、团队协作能力强
1. bachelor degree or above
2. business administration, electronic circuits and other related majors
3. at least 1 year experience in lighting industry and 2 years working experience in the same position
4. familiar with iso system, quality management, led products and other knowledge
5. familiar with led lighting production process, electronic circuit, qc seven techniques and other knowledge
6. extrovert personality, good communication skills, strong resistance to pressure, strong sense of responsibility, careful and serious work, strong team cooperation ability
