Responsibilities: 1. Development of Global Supply Chain Strategies: Formulate and optimize supply chain strategies for global factories, ensuring flexibility, efficiency, and responsiveness of the supply chain. 2. Demand Forecasting and Production Scheduling: Utilize advanced data analysis tools to forecast market demand and ensure the rationality and accuracy of production plans. Based on forecast results, arrange production schedules across global factories, ensuring seamless alignment between material supply and production plans. 3. Material Shortage Management: Establish effective early warning and response mechanisms for material shortages, monitor inventory levels and production progress in real-time, and promptly identify and resolve shortage issues. Collaborate closely with the procurement department to optimize procurement plans and reduce the risk of shortages. 4. Supplier Management: Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with global suppliers, ensuring the quality and stability of raw material supplies. Regularly evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement among suppliers. 5. Inventory Control: Implement lean production and Just-In-Time (JIT) strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce inventory costs. Utilize ERP systems to monitor inventory status in real-time, ensuring timely replenishment of materials and prompt delivery of products. 6. Logistics Management: Optimize the global logistics network, select appropriate transportation modes and routes, reduce logistics costs, and improve logistics efficiency. Ensure timely, accurate, and safe delivery of materials and products to their destinations. 7. Quality Management: Establish a comprehensive quality control system throughout the process to ensure products meet quality standards. Collaborate with the quality department to conduct regular quality inspections and problem analysis, driving quality improvements. 8. Information System Application: Leverage advanced information systems to achieve real-time monitoring and optimization of the supply chain. Promote information sharing and collaboration across various supply chain links, enhancing transparency and synergy effect of the supply chain. 9. Risk Management: Establish a comprehensive risk management system, identify potential risks, and develop emergency response plans. Enhance resilience through diversified supply channels, inventory buffers, and flexible production capacities. 10. Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess various links in the supply chain, analyze their performance, and identify areas for improvement. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encourage employees to propose optimization suggestions, and continuously enhance supply chain management levels. Requirements: 1. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2. Work Experience: At least 10 years of work experience in supply chain management in the electronic manufacturing industry, including at least 8 years of global supply chain management experience, prefer power supply industry . 3. Professional Skills: Familiar with various aspects of supply chain management, possessing excellent skills in demand forecasting, production planning, inventory control, logistics management, and quality management. 4. Data Analysis Ability: Strong data analysis skills, capable of using data analysis tools for market forecasting and supply chain optimization. 5. Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent communication, coordination skills, and a strong team spirit, able to effectively collaborate with colleagues from different departments and regions. 6. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities to communicate effectively with global suppliers and partners. 7. Leadership: Possess leadership and project management skills, lead the team to complete complex supply chain management tasks.
