Job Mission The SSMR Strategy Manager supports SSMR management team on: 1. organizational long term strategy definition, 2. coordinate cross BLs strategic topics, 3. drive cross function strategy projects. Responsibilities 1. Provide proposal on business opportunities to management team, base on government policy indication, market trend, etc. 2. Drive SSMR MR Hoshin Kanri topics: • Shape and communicate the SSMR MR vision and strategy together with management team. Make sure that it is aligned with MR business objectives. • Lead the Hoshin Kanri process and ensure effective implementation with related teams/functions. 3. Initiate, drive and lead strategic initiatives and projects. 4. Coordinate cross BLs strategic topics / workshops. 5. Other tasks assigned. Requirements 1. More than 5 years of strategy development, project management, or other relevant working experience. 2. Professional experience in organizing and facilitating strategy workshop. 3. Outstanding PowerPoint presentation skill on strategy topics to management level. 4. Passion to inspire the team to seek new opportunities. 5. Fluent English in writing and oral is mandatory.
