Job summary:职位概览
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Administrative Assistant located in Nanshan, Shenzhen. Reporting to the Material Manager.为了支持我们打造优秀产品并为我们的发展做出贡献的杰出团队,我们正在寻找一名位于深圳南山区的行政前台,向行政经理汇报。
What a typical day looks like:工作内容
1. Assist on all admin works, including phone call screening, water, tickets, hotels, cars booking, cleaner, courier, magazines/newspaper subscription, office property management and maintenance, mailing and documents distribution to relevant personnel
协助日常的行政事务,如办公室资产管理与维护等;
2. Receive office visitors
接待办公室访客;
3. Deal with stationary requests, contact supplies and be responsible for stationary distribution.
负责处理员工文具事宜,联系供应商及物资分发;
4. Assist office manager to update hotel agreements, contact lists
协助经理更新酒店协议和联系方式;
5. Keep the office area nice and tidy.
管理保洁人员保证办公室的整洁;
6. Assist on office admin filing and documentation
协助办公室行政文档的管理;
7. Co-ordinate with various admin suppliers and process payment
协调供应商和付款事宜;
8. Other tasks assigned.
其他由上级安排的工作。
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:我们需要的经验
1. Good English and Chinese language skills both in written and oral
具备良好的英语听说读写能力;’
2. Open-minded, service-minded
具备开放的心态和服务意识;
3. Good listening skills and response to people in an effective, positive and friendly manner.
具备良好的沟通技巧并且有效、积极、友好的与同事沟通;
4. Good team player
具备较强的团队意识;
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft office software and office facilities
熟练使用办公软件。
