Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with corporate clients to make them happy (account opening, settlement services and additional transactional products)
To provide support and assistance to senior relationship / product managers
To have basic credit / risk knowledge and experience to safe guide the bank interest and reputation in all his or her dealing with clients
To be able to work independently on account opening applications and payment transactions to appreciate all the important risk factors
3-Years of Experience: 3-5 years
4-Education/Major: University diploma or undergraduate level, major in Accounting/Finance or related subjects
5- Language Requirements: suggest Chinese and English (yes);
6- Soft power (ex: good at communication): Self-motivated, ability to drive multiple agenda and effectively manage priority, client oriented, initiative, ability to work under pressure
7- Salary structure and budget: depends on the current package, market practice 20-30% increase to the current package
8- Working form (onsite/remote/WFH): Onsite
9- Type of contract (lifetime contract/short-term contract): permanent
10- Business trips requirement if any, as well as the frequency and area of the trip: no business trips
11 - Background of the position (new/replacement): all roles are new, open due to strong growth of business
12-The company's local business scale, team personnel, reporting line, whether there are subordinates, etc.: subordination to GTB Manager (CEO-1)
13- Interview Process and Interviewer Information (Rounds- Interviewer Position) Interview with hiring manager only 1 step, then compliance and medical check and onboarding
