【Job Summary】
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of Supply Chain. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of the supply chain department and ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
【Responsibilities】
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Supply Chain, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
• Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and other relevant materials for meetings and conferences.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
• Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up actions.
• Assist in the preparation and review of documents, contracts, and presentations.
• Maintain confidential files and records, exercising discretion and professionalism.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination within the supply chain department.
• Coordinate and organize departmental events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the supply chain department's budget.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Vice President of Supply Chain.
【Requirements】
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and terminology is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
