此岗位为销售管培生性质,作为核心销售团队的储备。工作前期会在深圳办公室及东莞工厂进行为期3~4个月的培训,根据考核结果进入市场进行销售工作,最终根据个人特点确定发展方向。
UOZU sales trainee recruitment plan served as a reservation programm of our core sales team in order to recruite the most talented and perspicacious young staff. At the very beginning of your career, there will be 3-4 months intense training in Shenzhen office and Dongguan Factory. The overall evaluation results will determines your destination and the regular assessments will determine your orientation of your career.
职责描述:
1. 市场开发:主要包括地产酒店开发商,项目工程商,室内设计和灯光设计机构事务所,次级经销商等;
Market development: Responsible for market development: mainly within the fields of real estate and hotel developer, contractors, interior design or lighting design institute, subcontractor etc.
2. 渠道开发:包括新兴渠道和新客户资源的开发;
Channel development: Responsible for developing the new channels and market resoueces.
3. 协助销售总监及销售经理跟进项目进度。
Others: Assisting sales director or manager to follow up the ongoing projects.
任职要求:
1. 学历本科以上,专业不限(市场营销,项目管理等相关专业优先)
Undergraduate or above qualification(Majored in marketing, PM and etc are preferred)
2. 英语相关能力优秀
Excellent in English communication
3. 注重个人整体素质。
Awareness of good manner.
