Areas of Responsibilities 职责范围: 1. Planning, supervision and implementation of projects from a technical and economic point of view. Coordination of the involved departments and coordination with heads to acquire resource. 从技术和经济角度计划、监督、执行项目。协调相关部门工作并和相关部门领 导协同获取资源。 2. Management of the project group and representation of the project to management team and customer. 管理项目组成员并向管理层和客户汇报项目情况。 3. Planning and creation of document plan and ensuring completeness of the development documentation and compliance to regulation and standards. 计划并生成项目文档计划且符合法律法规标准的要求。 4. Responsible for evaluation and implementing changes during development phase of project. 负责评估和执行研发阶段的工程变更。 5. Responsible for product risk management in cooperation with the quality manager in project. 和质量经理协作负责产品风险管理。 Education and Experience 教育及经验 1、Experience 经验 Project leadership experience 具备项目领导经验 Experience of product management (Project advanced level) 具备产品管理经验（高级项目级别） Experience in X-ray tube technology and vacuum tube manufacturing or similar 具备 X 射线管技术和真空管制造经验或类似经验 General ability to cooperate with worldwide partners 具备与全球合作伙伴合作的能力 Work experiences in medical devices should be more than 2 years, experience in medical device NMPA certification or participation of related works will be plus 2 年以上医疗器械行业工作经验,医疗器械 NMPA 注册或参与注册相关是额外加分项 2、Education 教育背景 Bachelor degree or above in physics, Electronic Engineering, Electric Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering. 物理、电子、电气、机械、材料等工程专业，本科或本科以上学历。
