Your tasks and responsibilities: 1. You will lead the review of potential suppliers and participate in the pre-evaluation of potential suppliers, providing objective evaluation results that meet the company's quality requirements for supplier nomination. 2. You will be responsible for supplier quality development, approval of technical release of supplier samples, and monitoring of production batch validation results for the first batch after technical release and approval. 3. You act as the supplier's quality window for mass-produced components, handle all communication, continuous improvement, complaints (SCAR_8D), and claims related to raw material quality issues with the supplier. Establish and maintain the database, track status, and drive suppliers to close projects as needed. 4. You coordinate and drive suppliers to take containment actions in response to raw material quality issues as soon as possible to protect company production and products from being affected. 5. You manage supplier changes, develop and implement supplier change management processes, and maintain suppliers in SAP. 6. You promote the improvement of supplier rating, development, and quality mindset, including planning and executing annual supplier process/product audits, setting annual supplier performance indicators, supplier performance evaluation, training, etc. 7. You develop and update the incoming inspection plan based on actual issues and supplier performance. For new measurement requirements, it is necessary to jointly define measurement methods with IQC. Your qualifications and experience: 1. You have Bachelor's degree in engineering, such as mechanical engineering, automation, materials science, electrical engineering, electronics, etc. 2. You have over 3 years’ experience in supplier quality management. 3. You have experience in cross departmental quality improvement projects, result oriented, good organizational and coordination skills, systematic thinking, structured problem solving, follow up on open action projects. 4. You are proficient in mastering and using tools such as SPC and FMEA, particularly in the medical device and automotive industries. 5. You are proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. 6. You are familiar with the production process of electric vacuum components, machining, aluminum castings, and electrical products.
