1. Develop business plans to increase penetration rate, specifically for high-end drone, camera gimbal, cinema camera and audio product lines;
2. Manage specialty retailer’s end-to-end operation, including but not limited to order-to-cash, sales data analysis, merchandising and event conducting;
3. Build up strong relationship with the whole retailer organization, including but not limited to owner, buyer, planner, retail operation and marketing/event team;
4. Work with internal cross-function teams, like product management, demand planning, logistics, retail operation and finance team, to implement go-to-market plans.

Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline;
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Sales;
3. Willing to travel as needed;
Preferred Skills:
1. Similar specialty retailers management experience;
2. Financial acumen and leadership skills to build and develop profitability models;
3. Organizational and communication skills for multiple audiences and ability to obtain internal and external customer commitment;
4. Demonstrated customer relationship skills; ability to manage through influence;
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective programs and sales initiatives;
6. Strategic and analytical thinking, data oriented decision-making skills and demonstrated ability to manage the details of day-to-day execution;
7. Proficient at developing and presenting go-to-market presentations in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
