职责描述： 此职位属于东区海运，负责海运销售业务。 通勤期间不用打卡，工作地点可选择南京/合肥/苏北地区均可。 通过陌拜等形式积极开发货代行业直客包括制造业/汽车/电子/消费品行业，等等。 有客户资源或者海运Key Account销售背景优先考虑。 职位要求： 大专以上物流相关专业。 需要货代/物流以及相关行业背景3-5年以上经验（海运优先），能够积极主动跟进公司的BD leads，促成签约。 福利待遇：一年13薪＋五险一金＋业绩提成 带薪年假 每月员工活动 高档舒适的办公环境 KPI： 海运提成按UNIT（Teu）计算，阶梯式考核，具体面议。 空运提成按吨计算（阶梯式考核）。 Job Title: BD Manager（Executive）- Ocean Freight Reporting to: Head of Ocean Freight （Area East） Position Overview: - Gain business with new customers and additional business with existing clients - Own your customers and maintain/ Strengthen Customer Relationship - Identify Air, Ocean, land and logistic business opportunities in the respective sales territory, familiar with your clients, their industries, market potentials, competitors for own clients Position Accountabilities: - Identify Air, Ocean, Land and Logistics business opportunities in the respective sales territory - Gain business with new customers (close the deal!) and additional business with existing clients - ‘Own’ your customers and maintain/strengthen customer relationship - Provide quotations and business solution support to your customers - Know your clients, their industries, market potentials, competitors - Do frequent customer visits (customer penetration) to ensure positive market visibility - Align with KAM/RDM and PM on the respective strategies - Create sales leads for overseas - Update business pipeline constantly - Ensure TWNS system is always updated according to TWNS SOP - Coordinate the resolution of business issued with stakeholders - Ensure agreed DSO/overdue levels are in control; manage credit applications for own clients - Actively communicate to clients
