We are seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant with a passion for people and a keen interest in the recruitment industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our senior recruitment team in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients' needs. Responsibilities: • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals; • Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit; • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and providing proactive solutions; • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and provide feedback to both parties; • Negotiate job offers and ensure smooth onboarding of successful candidates; • Attend networking events and industry conferences to stay updated on trends and market insights. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related fields; • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment research or other related fields; • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; • Strong organizational and time-management skills; • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; • Native Mandarin speaker with good overall command of English.
