- solid manufacturing finance working experience with leading companies, fortune 500 background is a plus
- strong costing experience
- financial plan and analysis , forecast experience are solid and must
- sap key user or financial sme, familiar with co module; cognos and tm1 experience are plus
- sox compliance experience is a plus
- fluent english in written, and oral are must
- good team management and leadership skill
